Joe Williams
Owner
Lakeside Construction, Inc., a General Contractor, is headed by Joe Williams. A lifelong Mainer, Joe and his family live and work in southern Maine. Prior to creating Lakeside, Joe spent 12 years as a stockbroker and financial consultant. He brings these experiences in finance and sales to each and every customer to ensure the highest quality and commitment to your project. As an individual and business owner, Joe believes that our communities are only as strong as those who support them.
Jeanne McLaughlin
Operations
Jeanne handles the day to day operations for Lakeside including finance, planning and remodels. Prior to joining Lakeside, she led home care and hospice entities from operational losses to the most profitable in the Northeast and New York. She has also taught at various universities and holds Masters degrees in Business, Nursing and Education. Jeanne has a Black Belt in Six Sigma as well as a variety of other certifications including mentor/coach, project management and lean processing.
Deborah Dusseau
Interior Design
Originally from the Midwest, Deborah started her career in New York City and Chicago in project management for an international advertising firm. From there, she moved to Maine and used her design background to segue into interior design. For over 10 years she has managed and designed residential and commercial projects all over New England. Outside of her passion for design, Deborah loves traveling, hiking and all things outdoors.
